This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies BIGSPY AI (bigspyai.com) uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in a comparable way. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used.
2. How We Ask for Consent
When you first visit, a consent banner lets you Accept, Deny or choose categories under View preferences. Only functional cookies are used before you decide. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only after you agree.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Manage consent button shown on every page. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies.
3. Cookies We Use
- Functional (always active): cookies that remember your consent choices (
cmplz_*, kept for up to 12 months), and WordPress or WooCommerce cookies that are set only when you log in to an account or use the checkout. - Statistics (with consent): Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Site Kit, sets
_gaand_ga_*(kept for up to 2 years) to measure visits in aggregate. We use Google Consent Mode, so without your consent no analytics cookies are stored. - Marketing (with consent): our Google Tag Manager container can set Google advertising cookies such as
_gcl_au(up to 90 days), and WooCommerce order attribution (sbjs_*) records how a visitor reached a purchase.
4. What We Do Not Use Cookies For
- We count clicks on “Visit Website” buttons without cookies. To avoid counting the same click twice, we use a salted, one-way hash of your network address and browser that changes every day and is discarded within 24 hours.
- We do not currently show advertising from ad networks on this site.
- We do not sell cookie data or use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
5. Affiliate and Partner Websites
Some links on BIGSPY AI are affiliate or sponsored links. When you click one and arrive on a partner website, that website or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to record the referral. Those cookies are controlled by the partner under its own cookie and privacy policies, not by BIGSPY AI.
6. How to Control Cookies
Use the Manage consent button to review or change your choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across websites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking functional cookies may affect features such as login and checkout.
For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy.
